The successful candidate will need to:
- Have experience of working with primary agedchildren especially those with SEND.
- Have knowledge of trauma-based approachesand strategies to support learning in the classroom.
- Have a good level of Numeracy and Literacy.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting thewelfare of children and young people.
- Have high expectations, enabling andinspiring children to achieve their full potential.
- Support the Christian vision and values ofthe school.
