Our client is a large professional services business that supports hundreds of thousands of SMEs globally with their Finance & People Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment law and HR matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, and other communication channels, delivering clear, concise, and practical solutions.
- Support clients with the creation and review of HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice provided, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
- Keep up to date with changes in UK employment law and HR best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an HR advisory or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment or a Graduate with a HR related degree.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic, solution-focused advice.
- CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable).
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 per annum
