Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified) auditor who’s ready for something a bit different? Our client is a small but ambitious firm with big plans – and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with them. They work with a mix of clients, from entrepreneurial SMEs to international groups, and they use modern tools like Datasnipper and Infloto to keep things efficient and forward-thinking. Because our client isn’t a traditional firm, this is a real chance to make your mark, have your ideas heard, and help shape how they do things as they grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running audits from planning through to completion for a varied client base.
  • Working closely with business owners and finance teams – you’ll be their go‑to person.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Using smart audit technology to deliver high-quality work without unnecessary grind.
  • Getting involved in developing new ways of working as the firm expands.

What we’re looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or close to qualifying.
  • Solid audit experience (SME and group audits would be ideal).
  • Someone who enjoys building client relationships, not just ticking boxes.
