We’re looking for a transformative Vice President, Engineering to drive innovation and operational excellence across our engineering function.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be leading the evolution of our engineering organization – positioning the engineering function for long-term success as part of the company’s broader growth strategy. This role is critical in shaping the technical vision, building scalable systems, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you’ll ensure engineering is tightly aligned with business priorities, enabling the company to scale effectively while maintaining technical excellence.

A day in the life as a Vice President, Engineering:

  • Lead Engineering Strategy – Anticipate broad technical changes and ensure the company stays ahead of the curve by creating architectures that support multiple future directions.
  • Oversee Development Teams – Manage front-end and back-end engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Monitor system reliability and performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
  • Project Management – Set clear requirements, goals, and timelines for software development projects aligned with company objectives.
  • Team Growth & Leadership – Hire, mentor, and develop engineers, QA professionals, and technical leaders across remote teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with peers across departments and contribute to company-wide strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Technology Innovation – Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and lead the implementation of innovative tools and integrations.
  • Policy & Process Oversight – Review and update internal systems policies and ensure scalable, efficient engineering processes.

  • I have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent project management skills.
  • I’ve led and mentored high-performing, diverse, and remote engineering teams for 8+ years.
  • I’m skilled in aligning engineering goals with business objectives and implementing scalable processes.
  • I’m a strong communicator who collaborates effectively with global teams and executive leadership.
