Hours: 15 hours per week

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hairdressing services to our residents, including haircuts, styling, perms, colouring, and other salon treatments
- Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring our residents feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments
- Maintain a clean and organised salon area following sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our residents
- Establish strong relationships with residents, engaging in friendly conversations, and attending to their individual needs
- Collaborate with our care team to understand any specific care requirements or limitations for residents when providing hairdressing services
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in providing hairdressing services
- SVQ/NVQ in hairdressing desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanour, able to build rapport and communicate effectively with our residents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team to enhance our residents' overall experience
- Sensitivity and understanding of the unique needs and preferences of individuals
