What we're looking for:
- Experience in maintenance, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
- Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and good at managing your own time
- Great communicator and a team player
- Ability to keep your work area clean and safe
- Basic IT skills
- Willingness to learn whatever you need to do the job right

Role and responsibilities:
- Swiftly and efficiently handle any general maintenance work and record-keeping within the care home
- Guarantee all Compliance and Mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe
- Prioritise a safe environment for all our residents and colleagues
- Maintain all equipment utilised by employees and residents to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use
- Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times
- Follow all purchasing routines as outlined by Meallmore Ltd.
