Role and responsibilities
- Upholdinghigh nursing care standards byleadingthe team and ensuringthe shift runs smoothly by creating a safe and supporting environmentin line with NMC codes of practice
- Deliverhands on clinical care,leadershipand supportto provide thehighest standards ofperson-centred care ensuring our residents live their best lives
- Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for our residents and their families
- Developandmonitorcomprehensive, tailoredcare plans and detailed risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks
What we are looking for
- Valid NMC registration
- Previousexperience leading a team(Desirable)
- Excellentknowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practicesandregulatory frameworks
- Professional,compassionateandmotivated-you’llpride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
- What’sjust as important is that youareorganised, flexiblein your approachand havegreat communicationskills
