Salary: £50,229 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As a nurturing guide for our dedicated care home team, you will work hand-in-hand with the care home manager.
  • Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care.
  • Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems.
  • Fulfilling the duties of a Responsible Person/Registered Individual as directed by your line manager.
  • Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they are away.
  • Providing clinical oversight at care home level.
  • Pitching in with on-call duties, because we are all in this together.

  • Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required, alongside a nursing qualification with valid NMC registration.
  • Care Home experience.
