Your Role And Responsibilities

• Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care.
• Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems.
• Fulfilling the duties of a Responsible Person/Registered Individual as directed by your line manager.
• Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they are away.
• Providing clinical oversight at care home level.
• Pitching in with on‑call duties.

What We Are Looking For

• Care home experience.
• Motivational leader fostering a nurturing environment for key team members to encourage a culture of growth and advancement.
• Team player providing clear direction.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation.
• Positive role model who inspires others.
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft packages.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.
• Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required; a nursing qualification is desired but not mandatory.
