Your Role And Responsibilities
- Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care.
- Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems.
- Fulfilling the duties of a Responsible Person/Registered Individual as directed by your line manager.
- Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they are away.
- Providing clinical oversight at care home level.
- Pitching in with on‑call duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Care home experience.
- Motivational leader fostering a nurturing environment for key team members to encourage a culture of growth and advancement.
- Team player providing clear direction.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation.
- Positive role model who inspires others.
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft packages.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required; a nursing qualification is desired but not mandatory.
