About the Role:

Our Meallmore team at Culduthel are looking to welcome a Care Assistant to provide high-quality, personalized care in a modern, accessible care home in Inverness. We offer luxury private rooms and suites, and support the development of our staff through mentorship and ongoing training. You will be involved in supporting older people, including those with dementia, in a caring environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Promote and provide care according to individual care/support plans.
• Support wellbeing and participate in activities within the home.
• Adhere to Meallmore Standards, Policies, Procedures, and National Care Standards.
• Follow the SSSC codes of Practice.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Perform personal care duties.

Desirable Skills:

• Working towards SSSC registration qualification.
• SVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Kind and caring nature.
