- Guarantee all Compliance and Mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe.
- Prioritise a safe environment for all our residents and colleagues.
- Maintain all equipment utilised by employees and residents to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use.
- Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times.
