The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: Antonine House, Glasgow

Hours: Full and part time opportunities

Salary: £12.88 - £13.85 per hour (depending on experience). Starting pay is £12.88 during training rising to £13.23 on successful completion of training and a further uplift to £13.85 following completion of SVQ 3.

What you’ll do:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
  • Assist in care planning, and record-keeping.
  • Administer medication.
  • Learn leadership skills to supervise and guide care staff.
  • Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced Care/Support Worker with a minimum of SVQ 2.
  • Registered with the SSSC.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to attend our Senior Care Worker Training Programme and develop into the senior role.
