Located in vibrant Inverness, Culduthel Care Home is looking for a Charge Nurse to join the team. Culduthel Care Home offers modern facilities with a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. £22.30 per hour + overtime rates + benefits – 37.37 hours per week
Combining your clinical and managerial skills, you will inspire, support and oversee the care team, leading them to deliver first-class person-centred care to the residents of this care home.
Bringing your previous experience and your strong clinical skills with you, you will feel valued from your very first day and you will find investment in your development will be ongoing. Ideally you will have some previous experience in a care home environment, but if you don\’t, with your very own mentor, a focused induction and ongoing development, we\’ll soon help you to settle into your new role.

Responsibilities and duties:
Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
Continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents needs
Coaching your team members and role modelling best practice
Responsible for the running of the Home in the absence of the Home Manager
Qualifications and skills:
Current registration with the NMC
Relevant nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Previous experience of leading a team is desirable but not essential
Understanding of regulatory frameworks
