Our Meallmore team at Culduthel are ready to warmly welcome you as a Receptionist within their care home. Located in Inverness, Culduthel offers a choice of modern, luxury private ensuite rooms and executive suites that include all modern conveniences and are fully accessible. We provide the highest quality 24 hour personalised nursing care for older people, including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions.
Your role as a Meallmore Receptionistwill include:
- To provide a high quality of customer service to clients and visitors
- To ensure that all clients and visitors are greeted and offered refreshment
- Deliver all administrative tasks as allocated during the shift
- To ensure the café areas are stocked and kept clean and tidy
- To assist at mealtimes
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the home is always looking its best
Qualifications and skills:
- Front of House catering experience is essential, in a quality environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a range of people
- Previous experience of administratiion
- Knowledge/experience of MS Word, Excel and outlook.
- Show a knowledge of the importance of excellent customer service, preferably a qualification in customer service
