Located in Ayr, Greenan Manor is a 52-bed private luxury care home, combining elegant surroundings with high-quality care services, bringing warmth and comfort to residents. Hours: 40.25 hours per week – working on a 2-week rolling rota of 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next
Salary: £22.30 per hour
We are looking for a compassionate and confident professional with proven experience working within a care home setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, enabling them to support, guide, and inspire the team. You will be warmly welcomed into our team and empowered to deliver clinical leadership and oversight across the home. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and deliver the clinical aspects of an evidence-based, personalised approach to care, whilst maintaining our values-driven approach.
Skills and requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN)
- Care Home experience is essential
- Current registration with the NMC
- Well-developed clinical knowledge
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries
- Strong communication skills
