We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis (3 days per week) within our 3‑year‑old Nursery provision. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and colleagues to support our youngest learners’ development, wellbeing and early learning, helping to create a nurturing, positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children within the nursery environment and through targeted activities and interventions.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
- Helping deliver engaging learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional and educational development.
- Working as part of a dedicated team.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to high expectations and excellent outcomes for all children.
