Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
- Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them and implement plans for their care and support.
- Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information for safeguarding and well‑being.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
- Experience motivating students and promoting high expectations.
- Experience analysing data to inform decision‑making.
- Knowledge of the education sector, safeguarding, safer recruitment and child protection.
