You’ll ensure that colleagues and students can use technology confidently and effectively, making a meaningful difference to daily teaching and learning. This is a hands-on role, working directly with teachers, supporting colleagues, children and young people. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues, maintain devices and systems, and contribute to wider improvements across our schools. You’ll be based predominantly at Lift Aylward with frequent travel to nearby schools, including Lift Noel Park, Lift Trinity and Lift Beacon High. All sites are within the North London regional hub, and travel costs from Lift Aylward will be reimbursed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across four schools in the region.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Chrome, Windows and Apple devices.

  • Communicates clearly with people who have different levels of technical knowledge.
  • Can work independently across different sites and manage their workload confidently.
