Your new role:

Reporting into Natalie Straker, Education Programmes Coordinator, you will be provided with support and a structured introduction to the central team, training on the system and a friendly manager on hand. The role of the Education Programmes Assistant is to provide support for the Education Programmes office by providing high-quality administrative, operational and event support across a range of educational initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across Lift Schools, you will support the delivery of teacher and leader development programmes, curriculum networks, study tours and principal events, whilst also providing administrative support to senior leaders within the Education team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder management and senior leadership support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in programme management, educational operations, event delivery and stakeholder engagement within one of England's largest multi‑academy trusts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You will be able to manage your own time effectively and respond well to a changing environment.
  • You will have good IT skills including calendars, spreadsheets and document production and generally great administrative skills, in particular high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
