Alongside your role, you'll complete a fully funded Level 2 Administration Assistant or Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, giving you the skills, knowledge and qualification to build a successful career. Whether you're leaving school, looking for your first office role or considering a career change, this is an exciting opportunity to develop within one of the country’s leading education trusts.

Why this role matters

Every successful apprenticeship relies on excellent organisation behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing

  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of the Apprenticeship Team and manage learner enquiries via phone and email.
  • Guide prospective apprentices and employers through the enrolment process, providing excellent customer service and advice.
  • Process and maintain learner records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Coordinate Functional Skills exams and End Point Assessment administration, including reasonable adjustments where required.
  • Maintain apprenticeship data across internal systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Work closely with compliance, delivery and MIS teams to ensure learners receive a seamless experience.
  • Help identify and resolve administrative or compliance issues before they become problems.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent).
  • Is organised, reliable and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Is confident using computers and digital systems or is keen to develop these skills.
  • Is motivated to complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship alongside their role.

Previous administrative experience isn’t essential, we’ll provide training, support and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship.
