Located in the picturesque coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry, Earlsferry House is a warm and welcoming care home offering high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 26 residents. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, homely environment where residents feel valued, and our care team is supported to deliver their best work every day.
We are now seeking kind, dedicated Care Assistants to join our close-knit team. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to begin a new, meaningful career, this is a chance to make a real difference.
What We Offer
- Full-time or part-time contracts
- Β£12.70 per hour

What You Will Do
You will support our residents with day-to-day personal care, mobility, and meals while promoting their dignity, independence, and wellbeing at every opportunity. You will build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, assist in monitoring health and emotional needs, and contribute to a safe and friendly environment. From helping someone settle in to simply sharing a smile or a story, the impact you make each day will be truly meaningful.
What Weβre Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) preferred
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
