Henderson House Care Home (60 beds) located in Dunfermline is looking for a strong, visible leader to build on recent progress and lead the next phase of development.

Henderson House Care Home is a 60‑bed nursing, residential, and dementia service that currently has a CI rating of 3,4,4,4,4 and occupancy at approximately 85%. The incoming Home Manager will lead the home’s improvement plan, reinforce robust clinical governance, and embed consistent person‑centred care standards.

Contract:

  • Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Welcome Bonus of £5,000
  • Performance‑related bonus opportunities (up to 40% of salary per annum)

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) desirable, but not essential for candidates with strong leadership and turnaround experience.
  • Local knowledge is beneficial but not essential—integrity, presence and authenticity matter most.

You will be supported by an experienced regional team delivering improvement programmes across the group.
