Our firm is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our Commercial Property department. You will assist the team with a variety of matters including acquisitions, disposals, refinances, leases and developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial drafting and then assisting with the reviewing and negotiation of commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Legal research and support on a variety of commercial property transactions.
- Regular liaison with clients and agents to provide updates and initial point of contact for any enquiries.
- Assist in the management of property portfolios.
- Initial drafting of replies to CPSE and reports and then support to senior lawyers in further review of these documents.
- Attend client meetings and assist in the development of client relationships.
Person Specification
- Strong academic background with a degree in law (LLB or equivalent) or relevant experience.
- Previous experience within commercial property law is essential.
- Possesses superior organisational skills and a proven capacity to deliver high‑quality, error‑free work within a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and provide exemplary client care.
- Flexible attitude to work such as a willingness to act appropriately to meet unexpected demands, including the ability to prioritise own work under pressure.
Work Details
- Full‑time office‑based role.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 9‑5:30.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
