Reporting to the Weybridge Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, carrying out associated administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. As a busy firm, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and positive image of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, deliveries and mail.
  • Take card payments as and when required and deal with the relevant paperwork.
  • Deal with all deeds requests that come in.
  • Close files on the case management system and correspond with storage providers as and when required.
  • Data entry onto the case management system.
  • Open files.
  • Any other duties as required by the Senior Leadership Team/Weybridge Office Manager.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time office-based role. Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5:30

Start date: As soon as possible
