Our Family Department continues to grow, and we are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer (4+ years PQE) to join our supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team.
The Role
As a key member of the Family Department, you will manage a varied caseload of family matters while working closely with the Head of Department. This role offers genuine opportunities for progression, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to help shape the department’s future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad caseload including:
- Divorce and separation
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements and disputes
- Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic advice to clients.
- Prepare legal documents, attend court hearings, and manage negotiations.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, networking, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and report regularly to the Head of Department.
About You
- 4+ years’ PQE in Family Law (private client focus essential).
- Strong technical knowledge and a confident, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and client-care standards.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
