We are looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Stables at Mortonhall, a busy and well-established bar and restaurant in Edinburgh. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, taking ownership of your section and contributing to a consistent, high-quality food offering.
