The Opportunity
We are seeking a retail manager who has experience of managing multiple outlets. At Waren, we have the Witch & Worm Bar & Restaurant (150), The Witch & Worm Food To Go Trailer, and the Park Shop, each aiming to offer a unique experience each season to our visiting holiday guests and holiday home owners. The facilities have undergone extensive refurbishments in recent years, and we use electronic POS systems.
You will naturally lead from the front, inspire and grow the service team, providing quality service standards and committing to deliver the very best customer service experience and product offering, alongside possessing strong business acumen and flair.
Prior experience as a Hospitality Bar & Restaurant Manager is sought, as is the ability to demonstrate real positivity for hospitality and a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. Holding a personal license would be advantageous, as would a commitment to elevate customer experiences and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You'll collaborate with our talented chefs, manage costs, and negotiate with suppliers.
Proven track record as a Hospitality, Bar & Restaurant Manager, bringing valuable expertise to the team. Assumes responsibility for daily operations, ensuring full legal compliance. Collaborating with General Manager and negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal service and value. Deliver an annual events retail programme to enhance customer experience and grow the business. Dedication to delivering customer experiences and using benchmarked customer feedback as a compass. Possesses a robust understanding of bar, restaurant, and retail operations administration.
Holds a personal license for England. Holds a full UK driving license. You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom to be considered for this role.
