Meadowcroft is an independent specialist day school in Wakefield serving pupils aged 5 to 19 with a wide range of SEND.

We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to deliver high-quality, personalised education in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will plan differentiated lessons, track pupil progress, develop EHCP targets, and work closely with families, external professionals and support staff to promote confidence, independence and meaningful progress for every pupil.
