Meadowbrook College in Oxfordshire is recruiting a Learning Support Worker to shape classroom experiences for students with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviours. You will work across our two sites in Oxford, Banbury and Abingdon, supporting learners to engage across subjects and build independence in a calm, structured environment.

Collaborating with teaching staff, you will implement restorative approaches, deliver 1:1 interventions and small-group support, and contribute to a supportive school.
