This part-time position supports daily routines at Meadowbrook College, working closely with the Hospitality Manager and students. You will maintain kitchen hygiene and interact with young people during lunch service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Support the Hospitality Manager to ensure smooth lunch service and structured routines.
- Engage with students, providing clear direction and encouraging teamwork.
- Follow food safety regulations and disciplined kitchen procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- High standards of cleanliness, tidiness and food hygiene.
- Calm, organised approach for busy lunchtime service.
- Comfortable working with young people in kitchen tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, school catering, or customer-facing service desirable, but reliability and structured mindset are priority.
