About this role

Working in accordance with JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) regulations, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing exam entries, registrations, and key deadlines.
  • Preparing, timetabling, and organizing exam rooms and seating plans.
  • Training and managing a team of invigilators.
  • Handling confidential exam papers and data securely.
  • Liaising with students, staff, and examination boards.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and maintenance of the school's management information system.

The role requires a candidate who is highly organised, self-driven and works well under pressure. The Exams & Data Officer holds an extremely important and diverse role within the College, which key staff will rely on during the school term.
