This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high standards, and likes a role with responsibility and autonomy. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy clean, safe, and perfectly maintained hot tubs throughout their stay - helping create memorable holiday experiences. No prior spa or pool experience? No problem. Full training will be provided — what matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out regular water testing to ensure hot tubs meet safety and quality standards
  • Draining, deep-cleaning, refilling, and rebalancing hot tubs between guest stays
  • Inspecting and maintaining filters, jets, covers, and surrounding areas
  • Identifying wear, damage, or faults and reporting maintenance issues promptly
  • Keeping accurate records of testing, cleaning schedules, and checks
  • Managing your workload independently across a large site, ensuring all tubs are maintained on time
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health & safety guidelines
