Up to £28,363 + Excellent Benefits. This is a fixed term 12 month maternity cover from September 2026 to August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) / Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem.
- Be resilient and dedicated to supporting student progress; collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- A can-do attitude and team player mindset; willingness to work with a diverse group of learners.
- Ideally have experience working in a classroom; if not, relevant training will be provided.
- Commitment to supporting children to learn and to working closely with teachers and therapists.
