About the role:
This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of Supply Chain and Operations, providing opportunities to develop forecasting, purchasing, logistics, customer service and project management skills within a dynamic and fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Reports to: Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to analyse stock, sales and forecast data to support purchasing decisions.
- Manage the European and Brazilian supply chains, including demand forecasting and purchasing.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders in line with business requirements.
- Grow and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Provide cover for transport and repack operations when required.
- Produce and communicate transport issue reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve and manage day-to-day transport issues to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Process and administer credit notes in line with company procedures.
- Produce and communicate credit note reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and process sample orders.
- Support the planning of retail promotional activities when required.
- Assist the Customer Services team when required, including order processing and order verification.
