We are looking to appoint a Lead Teaching Assistant, to work in the Primary and Secondary Department (mainly Primary at present). The successful candidate will:

  • Directly line manage a team of Teaching Assistants, including performance management
  • Arrange daily cover for all lessons, clubs and tuition
  • Complete duty timetables
  • Be responsible for the direction of Teaching Assistants
  • Establish good working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all
  • Organise agency staff
  • Attend Leadership meetings
