Building on our strengths, the successful candidate will inspire high expectations, nurture talent and provide strategic leadership that ensures every child thrives academically, socially and emotionally.
Meadow Farm Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and nurturing school, which places emphasis on promoting high standards and providing a broad and inclusive curriculum. The school was last inspected by Ofsted in October 2023 which graded the school as ‘Good’ overall.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- An inspirational and ambitious leader who is able to motivate both staff and pupils to achieve their potential
- Able to demonstrate strong strategic leadership across all aspects of the school
- Have a proven track record of improving outcomes while in a Senior Leadership role at a primary school
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all staff, parents and pupils
- Able to sustain and promote high quality teaching and learning across school
