Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Bedford. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management. Responsibilities include managing staff, managing budgets, handling food and beverage operations, and driving business performance to achieve profitability. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to maintain high standards and drive growth. With Universal Studio development on horizon we are looking for an individual who will guide us through the next phase of growth. Its a small 35 bedroom hotel so we are looking for a GM who will be leading from the front with the team.
Qualifications

  • Experience in General Management and Business Management
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
