Salary: £12.71 per hour Retail Team Job Description Retail Team are responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a safe, friendly, and efficient manner.
They are responsible for the great first impression of the venue by keeping it clean and being a happy face to great our guests They ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment.
Key
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer requests.
Ensure the venue is spotless Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age where required.
Process payments using cash registers or card payment systems.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and work areas.
Restock beverages, ice, garnishes, and other supplies.
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
Skills and
Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience.
Knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
