Job Summary
To provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers while efficiently managing bookings, enquiries, and administrative tasks. The role ensures excellent customer service and the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception and booking functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and cancellations using the company's booking system.
- Confirm customer appointments and provide relevant booking information.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues or escalate them where necessary.
- Process payments and issue receipts where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Liaise with colleagues to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor daily booking availability and maximise appointment utilisation.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality, health and safety, and data protection.

- Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or bookings role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
