Contract: Seasonal 16 hours (per week)

Job Summary: The Guest Services Representative (Receptionist) is the first point of contact for visitors and guests. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, handling front desk operations, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide accurate information about services, facilities, or company policies
  • Manage reservations, bookings, or appointments (if applicable)
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and packages

  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
