About the Role
We are looking for reliable and professional Gate Staff to join our team on a seasonal basis.
Working night shifts, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control vehicle and pedestrian access to the site.
- Check identification, permits, and authorisation for entry.
- Record visitor and contractor details accurately.
- Open and close gates as required.
- Carry out routine security and safety checks around the entrance area.
- Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or security concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and emergency services where necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and records throughout each shift.
- Ensure the gatehouse and surrounding area remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
