Maintenance Person – Billing Aquadrome – Northampton, Northamptonshire
The Maintenance Team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Grounds / Maintenance Team Member to assist the Maintenance Manager in the upkeep of the grounds and keep in line with company operating standards and environmentally friendly values.
Location: Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA
Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Shift Patterns:
- Monday 2pm – 9pm
- Tuesday 9am -5pm
- Friday 2pm- 9pm
- Saturday 9am – 5pm

About us:
Billing Aquadrome is located in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. Set over 235 acres of green parkland and lakes , with fantastic facilities, stunning country walks and fully stocked fishing lakes there really is something for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across the park, including basic plumbing, basic electrics, basic carpentry, and general repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of caravans, lodges, facilities, and park infrastructure
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Support with the setup of new units or park developments (e.g. decking, siting, landscaping)
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the maintenance workshop clean and organised
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as winter shutdowns, opening up, and storm checks
- Provide support to other departments where required (e.g. grounds, housekeeping, etc.)
Experience
- Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
- Full driving licence required
