Location: HAYLING ISLAND
REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE AND GROUNDS MANAGER
OVERVIEW OF ROLE: To complete all maintenance duties on site in line with company standards and policies.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- To complete general maintenance around park such as repairs and upgrades to our holiday homes, anything ranging from fixing or replacing a leaky tap to painting wallboards. You will be responsible for taking ownership of snagging your own set of holiday homes and repair any findings and report back to the maintenance manager.
- Repair jobs raised for our main complex
- To complete the moving and siting of caravans
- To ensure all work is carried out in line with the Health and Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guests and owners at all times
- Maintenance work within the holiday homes under request by Manager
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
