We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to maintain the outdoor areas of our property/facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that lawns, gardens, sports fields, and other outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Mow, trim, and edge lawns, gardens, and sports fields.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.
- Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and debris from grounds.
- Operate and maintain landscaping and gardening equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely, following regulations.
- Maintain pathways, fences, and outdoor structures.
- Assist with drainage and irrigation systems.
- Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety regulations when working with equipment or chemicals.
