We have an exciting opportunity for an Afterschool Club Assistant to join the Breakfast Club team at Meadhurst Primary School. The role supports the Wrapround Care Manager in all aspects of running the Club, including planning, supporting activities, liaising with parents and carers, and ensuring good care and safety at all times.

Working Pattern: 7.5 hours per week/term time only – Monday to Friday 7.15 am to 8.30 am.

The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Due to the nature of this role, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken. Applicants must disclose any pending charges, convictions, bind-overs or cautions. This post will be exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Failure to disclose such convictions will result in dismissal or disciplinary action. A pending charge, conviction, bind-over or caution will not necessarily disqualify a candidate from consideration for this appointment.
