Location: Mead Vale Primary School, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset

Interview date: 17 July 2026

Start date: 3 September 2026

Contract: 13 hours 30 minutes per week, term‑time only. Fixed term position until 31 August 2027

Working pattern: 10.00 - 15.00 Monday, Tuesday and Friday, with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.

While previous school experience is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates who have personal experience supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

About the role:

  • Provide special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) 1:1 support and work with small groups.
  • Support pupils across all year groups.
  • Term‑time only.
