We are looking for a qualified, experienced litigation solicitor to join our growing disputes resolution team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Commercial contract disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
  • Injunctive relief and urgent applications
  • Domestic and international arbitration
  • Real estate and property-related disputes
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation
  • Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
  • High court litigation

The team deals with complex, high-risk matters and works closely with clients to find practical and strategic ways to resolve disputes. The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator seeking greater responsibility and a genuine platform for career progression. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after an initial probation period.
