We are looking for a qualified, experienced litigation solicitor to join our growing disputes resolution team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
- Injunctive relief and urgent applications
- Domestic and international arbitration
- Real estate and property-related disputes
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation
- Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
- High court litigation
The team deals with complex, high-risk matters and works closely with clients to find practical and strategic ways to resolve disputes. The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy.
