Our property team is established as one of the leading teams in London and across the South East with over 150 years of experience in dealing with residential, commercial & development property transactions. Known for our fair fees and exceptional client care, we take pride in delivering straightforward and practical legal advice.
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years PQE+ based in our Dunmow office.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drafting leases including subleases and underleases
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Disposal of leasehold and freehold property
- Acquisitions
- Dealing with unregistered land
- Drafting Telecommunication leases
- Advice on deed of Surrender and Deed of Variation on acquisitions
- Advising on forfeiture provisions
- Advising on expired commercial leases (periodic tenancies/trespassers/mesne profits)
The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after an initial probation period.
