We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter / Talent Partner to lead hiring across our Revenue and Corporate/Executive functions, including Sales, Sales Operations, Executive, Client Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles in the UK. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, owning the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and helping shape our talent strategy as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands how to hire for both speed and quality, and is excited to build teams at the intersection of AI, SaaS and insurance.

Key responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruiting
- Own full cycle recruiting for Sales, Sales Operations, Client Delivery, and corporate roles from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop compelling job descriptions and hiring plans aligned to growth targets
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
- Leverage data to continuously improve sourcing and conversion strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategy, market insights, compensation trends, and interview best practices
- Drive structured interview processes and ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation
- Influence hiring decisions with data and thoughtful recommendations
- Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high‐touch, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely communication and seamless interview coordination
- Process & Infrastructure
- Manage and create an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting workflows
- Track recruiting metrics (time to hire, funnel conversion, quality of hire) and report insights to leadership
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to scale efficiently with company growth
- Employer Brand & Growth Initiatives
- Support employer branding initiatives, including careers content, referral programs, and talent marketing and partner with Marketing team
- Partner with People/HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and future hiring needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience
- Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or Insurtech is a strong plus
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or tech/AI environments
- Proven experience hiring for Sales, Sales Operations, Client Delivery, and corporate and executive functions
- Strong sourcing and closing skills, particularly for revenue‐driving roles
- Ability to operate strategically while executing hands‐on
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data‐driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability
- Nice to Have
- Experience building recruiting processes from the ground up
- Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
